This neatly designed, semi attached, two levelled holiday home, sleeps 5 guests making it perfect for couples, small groups or families to get away and experience the unique costal town of Mount Maunganui, with its beautiful beaches, incredible scenery and boutique shops.
Centrally located with everything and more at your doorstep! Mauao, Mount Maunganui Beach, Pilot Bay and Mount Maunganui village, all within a 5 min stroll.
To ensure a relaxing homely feel, the light, open plan living and dining is complete with comfortable chairs and couches positioned in front of a large TV. The kitchen is fully equiped with all the essentials you will need for your stay, including coffee pods which are provided for the Nespresso coffee machine.
The ground floor living space opens out to your own private, fully fenced, tiled courtyard with established ever-green trees bordering the road side giving privacy and a sense of urban living. A modern outdoor dining table completes this space allowing you to enjoy all day long.
For convenience there are two bathrooms, one downstairs fixed with a shower, basin and seperate toilet. Heading up stairs you will find bathroom two which provides a bathtub, basin and toilet.
On the second floor, there are two generous sized bedrooms. The master bedroom holds a king sized bed and its own balcony allowing the sea breeze in. Bedroom two is provided with a queen sized bed and one single bed with the addition of a trundler bed for an extra guest (please request this when booking).
There is a washing machine for you to use if you require.
The duplex is placed on a large shared section, where guests share the backyard space with the neighbouring unit. Plenty of room for the kids to explore and kick a ball.
This gem also offers many parking spaces. Having it’s own gated driveway and carport, there’s even room for the boat and toys!
Located directly in the middle of all the incredible elements Mount Maunganui has to offer, everything you need and more is within walking distance. The Mount Hot Pools and Mauao – Mount Maunganui is directly 500 meters down the road, to your the left is Pilot Bay, a perfect spot for the kids to splash in the harbour like waters. On your right you have Mount Maunganui Beach, which is the main patrolled strip the beach and right behind you is a fantastic playground at Mount Drury as you stroll 300 meters up the road to the heart of Mount Maunganui’s village, where you will find boutique retail shopping, eateries and gourmet restaurants and bars.
