Nestled at the end of a quiet cup-de-sac, standing tall and proud is the Ocean Abode. An automatic gate lets you in and greets you on arrival, drive on in and park in your large double garage, here is also where you will find the fully equipped laundry with washing machine, dryer and tub.
The entry way is surrounded by tropical palms and green foliage, wash those sandy toes off under the outdoor shower.
On the first floor for your convenience is a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Bedroom one is furnished with a single bed, Bedroom two has a double bunk bed and single upper level. This room has external access onto its very own boutique deck, perfect for letting a sea breeze in while day time snoozing or reading a book while listening to the sound of the waves.
Bedroom three is supplied with a king bed and wardrobe, which also has external access to yet another deck that is fitted out with an outdoor shower, Ideal for a rinse post swim after those joyful days at the beach. This deck in addition has a pull across screen for privacy and is accessible from the main entrance with wooden stepping blocks through tropical vegetation.
Heading upstairs to the heart of the home, the glass balustrade and uniquely designed curved, high, natural timbered ceilings tie in with the elegance and charm of the home. The large master bedroom holds a king bed, walk in wardrobe and heat pump. The ensuite provides and spa bath and shower, complete with bathrobes and bubble bath for your relaxation. The striking sloped ceiling has two sky lights, making the room bright, light and dreamy. The toilet is seperate making it accessible to all.
The spacious northeast facing main living area effortlessly blends together. With a large modern kitchen, twin ovens, stainless steel appliances and white stone beach top, equipped with all the amenities you will need for your stay. Seamlessly flowing to the dining area and sitting room and out onto an extensive balcony through glass bifold doors.
Spend your days with family out on the deck with the option to unwind in the shade on the outdoor lounge chairs or sunbathe in the sun while enjoying the sea salt air. Spark up the BBQ and prepare a classic kiwi home cooked meal and on those cooler evenings snuggle by the outdoor gas fire and look at the stars.
The soft natural textures and finishes throughout the home creates an airy, uncluttered beautiful space to breathe, escape and unwind.
The location is unbeatable too! The beach is a casual two minute stroll away making beach life a breeze while on vacation. Be sure to venture to the main shopping strip of Mount Maunganui’s village which is a five minute walk. Here you will find plenty of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars and if you carry on for another twenty minutes and you will reach Mauao – Mount Maunganui.
