Located on one of the famous sought-after roads in Mount Maunganui, tucked down a long driveway, you are greeted with the striking arched doorway.
Enter through the Spanish archway to the natural wooden floors that are found throughout the home, ideal for beach living in mind.
The hallway leads to the heart of the home, a spacious open-plan kitchen, and dining. Fully equipped with everything your at-home chef will need. We also provide all the necessities – local organic coffee, tea, cooking oil, and paper towels, plus the espresso coffee machine is all yours to enjoy!
Seamlessly flowing from the kitchen is the generously sized living area complete with a heat pump and the perfect couch to stretch out on in front of the telly. This will become a favourite spot for your group to unwind and come together. Open the French-country doors to soak up the rays on the deck (partially covered for those rainy days) which is enclosed by a fenced grassed section. You and your children can safely play and enjoy a summer BBQ with the family or friends. Surrounded by tropical vegetation and the sound of the waves breaking you will feel totally at ease in your own little slice of paradise.
Both bedrooms are entered off the hallway, a great layout for young families. Bedroom one holds a queen bed and bedroom two is provided with one single bed and a king split bed.
The family bathroom has a shower over the bath, toilet, and basin. The washing machine is also neatly positioned in the corner of the bathroom if required.
A 5-minute wander will have you at Mount Maunganui Beach and for added comfort at the end of your beach adventures, rinse off under the heated outdoor copper shower with a detachable head.
There is parking in the driveway for two vehicles or additional free street parking if your group requires more.
Only a short 10-minute stroll away from local cafes, restaurants/bars, and boutique retail shopping.
