Open the front door and head straight up the tilted floor staircase to the second floor. Here you will find bedroom one complete with a queen size bed and ensuite with a shower, toilet and basin and bedroom two also has a queen bed. For your convenience an additional seperate toilet is also found on this level. The main bathroom gives a resort like feel with a built-in statement shower and stone basin, also equipped with a washing machine and dryer for you to use if you require. Walking down the hallway is the additional beds for the kids, a set of build-in bunk bed is found as you open the shutter doors.
The Living area is open plan and will become the perfect chill out zone and space for the older kids or grandparents to hang. The kitchenette provides all the amenities you will need and a dishwasher, microwave and fridge. Open the sliding door to a private deck and courtyard bordered with well established hedges and trees. You have the option of relaxing in the shade on the outdoor furniture provided or grabbing a bean bag and enjoying the sunshine with a good book or simply sun bathe listing to the waves break and the bird life that surrounds you.
The spa pool is on, ready and all yours to enjoy! It doesn’t stop there, you also have your very own beach access! Head straight down the path and the ocean becomes your backyard!
Taking you up the next flight of stairs to the second level, this is the heart of the home. The master bedroom holds a king bed and is also fitted with a heat pump, bedroom three has a queen bed and also has a third additional sleeping space for a child on a single mezzanine bed. There is a second bathroom that has a shower, toilet and basin as well as a second washing machine. The main living space is all open plan with a large kitchen fitted out with everything you could need and more, a large dining space and a relaxed, calm lounge looking out to green vegetation. The TV has sky, sky sports and Netflix. Slide open the doors and head out onto your next deck, then up the last flight of stairs leading you to the very top of the castle. Take in the stunning ocean views and watch the waves roll in as you enjoy a kiwi BBQ with cold one.
There is plenty of car parking space in the driveway including room for the boat and free street parking if you require more. The driveway is shared with the neighbours, so there is enough room for about 3 cars.

The location will wow you too, set of a fully fenced section with added exterior gates to the stairs leading up to the decks, giving you peace of mind that the kids can happily play and explore. Bayfair Shopping Centre is only a four minute drive away for all your retail shopping, dining and supermarket needs and for the golfers the Mount Golf Club is only a short wander down the road.
