Comfortable outdoor furniture makes it easy to start the day with a coffee or wind down in the evening with a glass of wine, all to the soundtrack of nearby waves. After a swim or surf, rinse off under the outdoor shower, a simple luxury that captures the essence of beachside living.Inside, French doors open to a bright, air-conditioned living space with an open-plan layout that flows from the kitchen through to the dining and lounge areas. The kitchen is fresh, well-equipped and functional, everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, whether you’re dining in or enjoying casual bites before heading out.There are three well-furnished bedrooms: one with a king bed, one with a queen, and the third with bunk beds, perfect for older children. The bathroom includes a shower and basin, with a separate toilet for added convenience. A washing machine and dryer are also available, making longer stays easy and comfortable. While the home doesn’t offer a private backyard, there is a front garden area with fencing that gives a sense of separation from the street. Parking is available on the street, and with the beach just a three-minute walk away and the main Mount village five minutes on foot, you’ll have everything you need within easy reach, cafés, restaurants, shops, and more.Travelling with a larger group?
We also manage the neighbouring attached home (Ngarata Nest), which makes for a great option if you’re travelling with extended family or friends.
