There are two bedrooms upstairs: one with a queen bed and another with two single beds, along with the main bathroom.
Downstairs, a separate studio with its own cosy living area and kitchenette offers a peaceful retreat. Step out onto the private balcony with your morning coffee and breathe in the ocean air. It’s an ideal setup for families or friends travelling together, offering just the right amount of space without feeling too far apart.
Additionally, there is a queen-sized sofa bed located in the downstairs room with ocean views. If you wish to accommodate up to 8 guests, please enquire—an additional charge will apply.
You’ll also find a relaxed garage space downstairs, complete with a couch and dining table, an ideal space for teenagers to hang out or for kids to play.
Outside, there’s direct beach access, an outdoor shower to rinse off the salt and sand (note: the shower is not heated), and plenty of off-street parking for up to four cars. While the property isn’t fully fenced, it’s well set back from the road, perfectly positioned to enjoy the relaxed coastal lifestyle.
