A lift runs from the garage to the top floor, making it easy for elderly guests or for carrying groceries and luggage. While convenient, the lift should only be used when needed and is not suitable for young children. Due to the number of stairs and a small pond near the garage, the home may not be suitable for toddlers. The property is fully fenced and gated with an electric entrance, providing a secure space for older children to explore.
The home is equipped with a washer and dryer, ideal for longer stays or for rinsing off the beach gear after a day by the water.
We welcome one small, hypoallergenic dog, provided they are over two years old, fully house trained and approved prior to your stay. Please get in touch with us before booking if you would like to bring your dog.
There is room for one car in the garage, with additional parking available in the driveway or on the street. The home is ideally located close to local cafés, walking tracks and the golden sands of Papamoa Beach, just across the road.

Papa Mo’s is an easy option for dinner or drinks, with a relaxed atmosphere and a great menu. There’s also a movie theatre nearby for a quiet evening or rainy-day escape. Scenic bike and walking tracks weave through the neighbourhood. You can stroll along the new boardwalk that follows the dunes or explore the peaceful trails of the Papamoa waterways, all just moments from your doorstep. For golf lovers (and their four-legged companions), the dog-friendly Summerhills Golf Course is also just a short drive away.
