Great place. Great location with lots of restaurants and stores close by. Impeccable house, very clean, very tidy. Easy and flexible access.

Loved our stay here - the location is unbeatable, we could walk to the beach, restaurants and shops all within minutes. The house itself was beautiful - very well set up, clean and fresh with beautiful bed linen which is always appreciated. I will definitely be looking to book this place as a base every time I come to the Mount.

Great little hidden gem right in city. Walking distance to shops and beaches. The place was all we needed and was super stylish too. Would 100% return back.

Barneys Bach was perfect, the wooden Bach style signature home was warm, welcoming and as described. great kitchen with decent set up, plenty of towels and lovely sheets. rooms were dark enough for our kids, blankets provided if it was cold as well as fans/heaters if needed. Oil, salt and pepper which are always welcome on holiday, washing machine with detergent and provided dishwashing detergent. made it easy to enjoy the stay. thank you for being so responsive.

Lovely place! Surprisingly it feels bigger than it looks in the photos, with a relaxing beachy vibe. Spacious kitchen with everything you might need. Fans provided for each bedroom which was great. So easy to get everywhere, great location. Beyonder were easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay again. Thankyou!

We love Mount Maunganui and visit it every time we come to NZ. This time, we chose to rent a house and we are so glad we chose this one. The house is quite spacious for being 3 bedrooms in fact it is much bigger than what it appears on the photos. Having a little outdoor space and private parking was a huge plus. The location is absolutely the best, about block away from the Street with the Main Street with shops and eateries while being still in a fairly quiet area. Everything is walkable distance, we could reach the Mount within 10 mins, the beach within 5 mins and it’s super close you the playground too which was a big plus with our kids. The host/agency, Beyonder were very friendly and helpful. They answered all of our questions promptly too. We will definitely be back.

AMAZING house and location! We stayed as a group of 6, in winter and there was plenty of space for us. Perfect house to chill out at and easiest walk ever to shops and eateries. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Such great communication and clear instructions for our stay. Will definitely be booking again!
