Why Stay with Beyonder

After a rocky start on another Airbnb, we were so happy to come across the black beach house. Beyonder were super quick to respond to our request and did everything to ensure we had an early check in as possible and even managed to get us a port a cot and a high chair on such short notice. So friendly and so proactive and professional every step of the way. The house is beautiful, super clean and so comfortable. It has everything you need! Everything is brand new and feels more like a luxury hotel suite than your ordinary Airbnb. The rooms upstairs kan be closed off which is great when you are running the aircondition and need to really cool down the rooms before the night. Big outdoor space with a large parasol for shade when the sun gets to cookin. Would absolutely recommend and would love to come back!

We had a great stay at Black Beach House. The place is very new and everything is fresh and clean. The living area is lovely for sitting and chatting, and of course the kitchen and dining area are amazing. The courtyard is an incredible space, and very relaxing. The bedrooms are also very nice and comfortable. Black Beach House is just a couple of minutes walk from the beach, and also very close to the New World supermarket, so the location is superb. Black Beach House is a magic place to stay and we highly recommend. Beyonder was a pleasure to deal with, right from the minute we asked about our dog staying (which was fine), to an early check-in and a couple of questions we had. Very responsive and courteous - thanks for making our say so enjoyable.

Beautiful home. Heaps of room for the family. Kitchen fully equipped with all the essentials and we used the BBQ which was a bonus and the beach was only 4 minutes walk and new world is 1 min drive down the rd and also the Westfield mall and 11min from the house. Absolutely loved the house. Will come back again.
