In warmer months, take a short walk across the road to one of the most beautiful coastlines in the country. Seek shade under the palms and pohutukawa trees, and make use of the full section for outdoor games, barbecues, and leisurely evenings. Enjoy the outdoor shower after your ocean dip and savor the fresh fruit from the trees while listening to the melodic tunes of Tui birds.

During the winter, take a stroll on the beach before cozying up with a book and a cup of something warm, followed by preparing a delicious meal in the fully equipped kitchen.

Three bedrooms are at your disposal, two with queen bed setups and one with two single beds. Linen is provided, allowing you to arrive with just your bags and beach vibes. The home accommodates up to six guests across three bedrooms.

The property features two bathrooms, both equipped with showers (no baths), a washing machine, and a dryer. To keep this original build cozy, heaters and a heat pump are available.

Plenty of off-street parking is provided, and the fully fenced property ensures privacy. Please note that the garage is not available for guest use. Extras for you to enjoy include a Smart TV, Unlimited WIFI, and games and activities to enhance your stay. We had an amazing family getaway - three generations under one roof and everyone was able to have their own space while feeling very together all at the same time. Very well equipped kitchen, beautifully clean and perfectly set up for ease of use. We only stayed two nights as we were in the area for a wedding but I would have loved to have stayed longer! Special mention has to be that the beds are very comfy - mum has terrible back issues and never finds a holiday bed comfortable enough to be able to sleep in without giving her a world of pain, but that wasn’t the case this time! The kids all loved how close the beach access is but even just utilising the trees and grassy grounds of the property itself was more than enough fun for them! The neighbours cat was also a highlight. Friendliest feline ever. Would definitely stay again if heading back to Papamoa.

4 night family holiday in a stunning house in Papamoa beach. The propertly looks exactly like the pictures, perhaps even better in person. The house had everything we needed and more, a well equipped kitchen (everything is labelled for convenience), comfortable living areas and bedrooms and a beautiful outside space for relaxing and dining in the sun (bonus outside shower for rinsing off after a swim over at the beach) Great location, just a short drive to restaurants and shops in Papamoa, or 15 minutes to Mt Maunganui. Haley and the team communicated promptly on check in procedures and had a the house ready a little early which was great. Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing break in the sunshine. thanks again, we'll be back!

Papamoana is a very special Bach with an amazing energy and so sunny! It was extremely clean! It had absolutely everything you could need or want to be comfortable. We really felt at home and were sad to leave. Papamoana is across the road from a quiet beach and a 3km walk to swim in the patrolled section of the beach. We recommend staying here.

This airbnb is Amazing! Everything is so new and fresh and of such high quality. Even down to the potato peeler! Amazing shower and comfortable beds and the 2 separate bathrooms is great.
