We’ll match you with a Beyonder-managed home where available, or put you in contact with a homeowner that best meets your requirements. Matches are made on a first-come, first-served basis. We do our best to meet your preferences. If needed, we’ll connect you with a registered homeowner. And if something isn’t the right fit, we’ll keep hunting to find your perfect stay.
Confirm your stay
Beyonder’s team will be in contact with all the information to confirm your stay. Otherwise, for homeowner stays, bookings are managed directly with the owner.

Hosting Essentials
Homes with more beds, flexible sleeping options and full availability (5–11 September 2026) tend to book fastest. We also recommend preparing your home to a high standard, providing clear instructions to your guests on access and amenities. Beyonder is also happy to help provide guidance on how to set your nightly rate.
Fees
Beyonder charges a $250 + GST finder’s fee per successful match. If you don’t receive a match, no fee is charged.

No. Due to high demand, we can’t guarantee a match, but we’ll do everything we can to find a suitable option.
For Beyonder-managed homes, we handle the stay. For private homes, you’ll deal directly with the homeowner.
We facilitate the introduction only. The homeowner manages payment, bond, agreements, check-in and communication.
