In most cases, shoots are best suited to, weekdays, in gaps between guest stays, and off-peak periods.
Because these are actively managed holiday homes, we recommend enquiring as early as possible. This gives us the best chance of finding a suitable property and securing a time that works for all parties.
Pricing and costs
As a guide, a shoot is generally quoted on a half-day, full-day or custom usage basis. The property, the size and nature of the shoot, and how long access is required are all taken into consideration. Rates start from $50 +GST per hour, varying by property, with a minimum booking duration in place.
For larger commercial shoots, extended access, or productions involving significant crew, equipment or setup, additional charges may apply.

All commercial bookings must hold appropriate public liability insurance. Any damage to the property or additional cleaning required beyond standard use will be invoiced accordingly.
