The main living area effortlessly flows together.
The kitchen is fully appointed with top of the range appliances and all the amenities you may need on your stay. Featuring a stone bench top, large stainless steel fridge/freezer, built in oven and electric cook top. The breakfast bar will become a popular spot while the at home chef prepares the feast.
The dinning table seats six people, accommodating all your guests comfortably. The Lounge is furnished with an inviting, spacious couch and arm chair, that will make you stretch out and feel right at home.
Open the sliding doors to your very own sunny, private, paved courtyard. Take the moment in while you sit back on the outdoor chairs provided, listen to the sound of the ocean in the background and breathe in the fresh beach air.
The master bedroom is equipped with a queen sized bed and also have access to the courtyard and main bathroom. Bedroom two holds a queen bed also and bedroom three is provided with a double bed.
The main bathroom gives a luxuries, resort-like feel with light, natural and modern fixtures. Fitted with a shower, toilet and bath, that is the perfect size to bathe the kids.
There is plenty of off street parking, enjoy the ease of using the double car garage with internal access or for your connivence there is even enough room for two more cars on the shared driveway.
Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located holiday home. The beach is only a causal ten minutes walk and Bayfair Shopping Centre and Baywave Aquatic Centre is only a short five minute stroll away.
