Kids will love the swing, and the outdoor space is perfect for year-round BBQs.Located just a 5-minute walk from Arataki Beach, you’ll find a local café, Special Mention, along with great fish & Chip takeaways and a dairy nearby for your convenience. The home also offers off-street parking for one car, with plenty of street parking available if needed. Full washing and drying facilities are provided for added comfort.This property can offer three beds if required, including two queen-sized bedrooms and the option to add an extra single bed in the rumpus room if needed (room pictured with beanbags and TV). Perfect for small families, corporate stays, or couples, this added flexibility makes it ideal for a variety of guest needs. If you’d like the additional single bed set up, please let us know in advance. This bed for one person (maximum) is available for an additional cost of $25 per night.Please note, this property is located under the Tauranga airport flight path, so while the planes can occasionally cause some noise, the flights are infrequent and shouldn’t disrupt your stay.
