Light, bright, and white interiors greet you the moment you arrive. Earthy tones and textures are scattered throughout by the use of cane, rattan, and natural timbers. All purposely styled to create Bali and coastal vibes. It really is dreamy!
The kitchen has all the equipment you may need to create a feast for your friends and family, including a well-stocked pantry of tea, coffee, sugar, and other cooking essentials. The dining area is in perfect view from the kitchen allowing your group to come together while the chef can prepare the meals.
Drift away into relaxation in the stunning living room. The white net drapes blowing in the gentle breeze gives it an added luxurious feel. Complete with a ceiling fan and heat pump, your group will feel comfortable no matter the weather. Snuggle into the couch in front of the telly or pick up a good book and sink into the oversized corner chair.
With two sun-filled conservatories off the living and dining area, one fitted with inviting seating arrangements and a desk for those needing to work away from home, and the second offers the perfect spot to roll out the yoga mats that are provided. This gives you and your group plenty of space to find their ultimate zen zone.
The three bedrooms have been provided with queen size beds and are all fashionably designed to continue the boho chic vibe of the home. Each room has a portable fan and heating for your comfort.
The bathroom holds a shower, a bath, a toilet, and a basin and the separate laundry room is equipped with a washing machine and tub for your convenience.
Another favourite spot will be the outdoor deck which has internal access from the living room. Make use of the Weber BBQ and fairy lights in the evenings, and enjoy your holiday in style.
Perched on a large fully fenced section with plenty of lush green grass for the kids to play and room for two vehicles in the driveway. Free street parking is available if you require more. There is also a double garage with a ping-pong table for added fun!
Enjoy the best of everything! The convenience of Papamoa Plaza is only a 5 minutes walk away and the roar of the surf is a casual 8 minutes walk.

There are sharp edges on the dining table.
The hot water is a little touchy and can be quite hot if not dialed correctly.
There is a fireplace, but this cannot be used due to fire/safety hazards, there is no firewood supplied for this, so we ask guests that this is not used.
