This spacious home is laid over two stories and beautifully furnished, providing a calm and stylish family space to kick back and relax. Make the most of the stunning ocean peeks on the wrap-around balcony, observe the ships, and listen to the waves rolling in. You’ll feel like a local in this perfect spot. Accommodating up to 6 adults with the option of 8 guests (including two children).
The kitchen is fitted with the latest appliances, including a Nespresso coffee machine for your use. The open-plan layout makes entertaining a breeze with plenty of seating around the dining table. Cosy up in the contemporary living room, complete with a large TV and air conditioning to ensure your comfort all year round.

Enjoy four generously sized bedrooms. The master bedroom is on the ground floor with a king-size bed, a workspace, and an ensuite with a shower, basin, and a toilet. External access is available via the sliding door to the backyard.

Bedroom two (also on the ground floor) has two king single beds, with one being a stretcher bed (not suitable for an adult), a ceiling fan, and a sliding door to the front yard.

Bedroom three (second floor) has a king-size bed, a heat pump, and access to the main bathroom.

Bedroom four (second floor) also has two king single beds, with one being a stretcher bed (not suitable for an adult).

The large family bathroom (second floor) features a shower with a luxurious rain head, basin, and toilet. A washing machine and dryer are available for your use as well.

Positioned on a fully fenced section, an outdoor entertaining area sits on the paved courtyard with a BBQ and outdoor dining table.

Parking is available in the driveway for two vehicles or free street parking. Please note there is no garage access. Enjoy the perfect blend of comfort and coastal living in this delightful retreat.

Great accommodation! Perfect for my family of 6. Park is 30 seconds up the road, Bayfair Mall is 3minute drive, beach was 10minutes up the road & Arataki Park was a dream to get to for our Rugby League tournament over the weekend. So cosy & warm, was able to do laundry daily & ample parking spaces. Kids & I spent hours playing monopoly & enjoying the gorgeous sun shining through living room, kitchen appliances worked perfectly well & this is a superb place to stay 👌 Thank you Beyonder Team!
