The big backyard is a dream for kids to run around and play, and the small deck is ideal for firing up the BBQ and soaking in those awesome views. You’ll also have off-street parking for two cars, plus a washing machine and dryer to make life easy.
Location-wise, you’re just a stone’s throw from great playgrounds, the New World supermarket, Mount Skate Park, Bay Oval, and only a 5-minute walk to the beach and boardwalk. Being right opposite Mount Maunganui Primary School means you might catch the sound of kids playing mixed with the waves rolling in – a genuine slice of Kiwi coastal life.
